Fred is the owner and engineer of Tiki Recording Studio in Glen Cove, NY.
He’s been in business for 42 years and has worked on thousands of projects. Fred’s credits include Billy Joel, Jimmy Webb, Odetta, Joan Osborne, Phoebe Snow, Ashanti/Nelly, Billy J Kramer, Maureen McGovern, Brian Setzer, Peter Allen, and Debbie Gibson/Phil Ramone. 5 of his projects have received Grammy nominations.
Fred downsized in 2004 when he sold his former studio and building to Alicia Keys for her private use. He now works alone in a new location and is still busy as ever. He uses the Vanguard V13 Tube Condenser.
