The Bunker Recordings (The Lumineers, Shawn Mendes, Vance Joy, Jade Bird)

Mike Dwyer is a producer and engineer based in Catskill, NY, where he owns and operates The Bunker Recordings. Early in his career, he worked alongside and learned from such legendary engineers as Joe Blaney, Ryan Hewitt, Neil Dorfsman, and Mario McNulty. Since then, he’s worked with a wide range of amazing artists, including The Lumineers, Shawn Mendes, Living Colour, and Bob Weir.

From his website, Mike says “My true passion is helping artists craft their own unique sound by taking the time to understand their music and their vision. No cookie-cutter, formulaic, everybody-sounds-the-same vibes here! My goal is to deliver tracks that not only sound incredible but also sound incredibly ‘you.'” There’s a man after our own heart! Mike has turned to Vanguard’s no-clones approach to outfit his studio with a pair of Vanguard V13 Tube Condensers and a pair of Vanguard V1 Pencil Condensers!
